Día de la canción criolla

Hoy 30 de octubre celebramos en Infant School el día de la canción criolla. Los chicos y chicas trajeron algunos platos y dulces deliciosos preparados por sus queridas mamis como: arroz con pollo, papa a la huancaina, arroz con leche mazamorra morada y la rica chicha morada. A partir de las 11:00 de la mañana compartieron estos potajes quedando todos satisfechos. Antes fueron al Conference room a cantar canciones criollas demostrando que ellos si se identifican con NUESTRO PERÚ. ¡FELIZ DÍA DE LA CANCIÓN CRIOLLA!

Harvest day

It all started with a seed. Each student put a seed into the soil and then every week they went to water them. At first they saw nothing. Then suddenly, one week, they saw the lettuce leaves , the top of the carrots and the stalk of the celery. After that, the vegetables started to grow faster. The students could not believe it, they could hardly wait until it was harvest day! They pulled the vegetables out of the ground, some of them had carrots, some had lettuce and the others, celery. They all felt very proud of their vegetables. They had grown them themselves.

Children´s Day at Chosica

The trip to Chosica was one of the best days of my life. We got together with our friends and played, specially with our friends from other classrooms. In the club you could find everything that you could imagine, for example, two pools, a mini zoo and they also sold delicious ice-creams. One of the first things we did at the club was walk up a hill with our teachers, then we went to see some ducks; gave them some food and then we saw a monkey at the zoo. We played in the swings, see-saws, and roundabouts. Finally, we went back to the bus. On the bus, I talked to my friends about how much fun we had. Finally we got back to school. We were very happy and we hope to return back soon.

Premiación de Spring Festival

El último día de clases se realizó la premiación de los diferentes concursos del Spring Festival. Los ganadores fueron:
- Concurso de deletreo: 1° puesto: Jimena Camba.
2° puesto: Maemi Ueunten.
- Concurso de portada de libro:1° puesto: Andrea Ojeda.
2° puesto:
- Concurso de creación de cuentos: 1° puesto: Raúl Flores.
- Concurso de declamación: 1° puesto: Franco Pedraglio.
2° puesto: Andrea Romero.

Spring Festival

Entre el 5 y el 9 de octubre se realizó en nuestro colegio el "Spring Festival" donde todos los alumnos desde los más pequeñitos hasta los del último año de estudios participaron en los diferentes concursos que hubieron tanto en inglés como en Español.
Los chicos de tercer grado participaron en;:
- Español:
Concurso de deletreo.
Concurso de declamación.
Concurso de portada de libro.
Concurso de creación de cuentos.
- Inglés:
Concurso de Story writing.
Concurso de Spelling Bee.
Concurso de Dramatize a Story from Storytelling.
Comenzando el bimestre los chicos y chicas de prepararon para los concursos dentro de las horas de clases de estas áreas.
Todas las profesoras estamos muy contentas por el rendimiento de cada uno.
